Dript is a working exterior cleaning company. It isn't a case study or a side project — it's how I make my living, and it's where every system on this page came from.
None of it was designed to sell. I built each piece because I was drowning in something specific: quoting off feel and hoping it was enough, answering enquiries at ten at night, forgetting to chase people I'd already quoted, getting to the end of a month with no real idea where the money had come from. Every system started as a problem I had that week.
"If I stopped using something in my own company, I'd stop teaching it. That's the only quality control I've ever needed."
So what we'd build together isn't a template I bought or a framework I read about. It's the same setup I'll be using tomorrow morning — including the parts I've already broken, rebuilt and cut back twice, which is usually the difference between something that survives a busy week and something you quietly abandon by March.
It also means I know what it's like to run these while you're actually working. I'm not going to hand you something that needs you sat at a desk managing a CRM. Everything I'd build with you has to work off a phone, with wet hands, between jobs — because that's the only way it works for me.
